- We inspect and confirm your offer. Walk-ins get an answer while you wait. Mail-ins are evaluated and confirmed within 24 hours of arrival, with photos logged so you know exactly what we received.
- Get paid. Walk-ins leave with cash same-day. Mail-in sellers are paid by check, wire, or PayPal as soon as the offer is confirmed.
If you decline your offer at any point, we return your jewelry free of charge — fully insured, no questions asked.
