Shipping
- Free insured shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Orders ship within 2–3 business days of payment.
- All orders ship via FedEx.
- An adult signature is required on delivery.
- You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Every shipment is fully insured until it is signed for.
- International shipping is available. Contact us for a quote before ordering. Buyer pays any customs duties or import taxes.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item we sell is 100% authentic and inspected by our in-house experts. If anything is not as described, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us before sending a return.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Our security tag must be attached and intact.
- Include all original boxes, packaging, certificates, appraisals, and papers.
- Buyer pays return shipping. Please ship fully insured with signature required. We can also send a prepaid FedEx label, deducted from your refund.
- Refunds go to your original payment method. Wire payments are refunded by wire.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund after we receive your return.
- If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Payment
- Orders under $10,000: credit card, PayPal, or other options at checkout.
- Orders over $10,000: bank wire transfer only. We’ll call to confirm and send wire instructions. Your order ships once funds clear.
- For your security, we never change wire instructions by email. Always confirm by phone.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, they go through our normal return process.
